Having experienced burnout first-hand, Anna understands how work-related stress can affect your enjoyment of your career, and how it can affect your mental and physical health, your relationships, and your personal life. Her mission is to empower clinicians with tools to optimize their wellbeing so that they can have a thriving professional and personal life. She is passionate about sharing evidence-based strategies backed by positive psychology and mind-body medicine.
She has previously delivered faculty development workshops on clinician wellness at the University of Toronto. She continues to guest lecture at the MScPT program on the topics of wellness and fostering a positive mindset. Her work in clinician wellness and burnout prevention has led her to speak at both local and national conferences.
