Train the Trainer Part 2 - Create your Course on Embodia

Let's move on to adding slides!

Before you can upload slides, you will first need to save the slides as PNG images. Once this is done, click Browse to find the slide you would like to upload and then click Upload Slide:

You can add as many slides as you like. As you upload slides you can tell the software at what point of the video each slide should start and end:

Click the Set to Current Frame option to set the time when the slide should change to match the video's current timestamp. Notice how, in the example below, the current video timestamp is at 0:23 seconds and then the end time on Slide 1 is also 0:23 seconds.

Once you've added a start and end time to a slide, that slide's row will appear in white:

By default, a slide will end when the next slide comes on the screen. This ensures there are no gaps between slides. Repeat the above process for each of your slides.

To edit any of the slide times, click on the Edit button on the slide you want to adjust. You can edit the start and end times of each slide.
